Anthony Balio - Executive
Anthony (Tony) Balio is the Head and founder of Vanguard Business Analytics. In the ten years since founding Vanguard, Mr. Balio has built the company into a global business intelligence solution provider, with proven technology, industry-leading partners, and world-class manufacturing customers. Mr. Balio has twenty-five years of experience in the ERP and business intelligence industry, with senior management experience at Price Waterhouse and Marcam Corporation.

John Kozlowski - Business Development
John Kozlowski heads business development at Vanguard, including partner program development, alliance strategy, new partner acquisition, worldwide partner management and sales, and corporate marketing. Mr. Kozlowski has more than twenty years of business development, sales, and marketing experience in the technology industry. Prior to joining Vanguard, Mr. Kozlowski was Vice President, OEM Sales, with Silvon Software.

Sue van de Water - EMEA
Sue van de Water heads Vanguard's operations in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. She has direct responsibility for operations, services and support, and manages relationships with customers including Valvoline, Parker-Hannifin, and Kodak Polychrome Graphics, among others. Prior to joining Vanguard, Ms. van de Water held senior management, sales, and services positions with MSA and Marcam Corporation.

John Fandl - Technology
John Fandl is the head of development and technology at Vanguard, and the lead architect of Vanguard's business intelligence and analytics solution. In this capacity, Mr. Fandl is responsible for creating Vanguard's technology strategy and managing the development process. Mr. Fandl has experience in all phases of the software development and deployment lifecycle, having held positions in product management, programming, ERP implementation consulting, and support management. He has been with Vanguard for ten years, and worked previously for Worldwide Chain Store Systems and Marcam Corporation.

Dhananjay Joshi (DJ) - Product Management
Dhananjay Joshi heads Product Management and presales at Vanguard. Mr. Joshi is responsible for managing the product life cycle and evangelizing the products to the market and customers. Mr. Joshi has experience leading and managing ERP and business intelligence implementations for global corporations as well as integration of Vanguard’s business intelligence solution with major enterprise systems.
